This is to inform you that Lieutenant M. MAGOO has been relieved of his post as helmsman of the M.DILEO and placed under arrest for gross negligence during combat possibly endangering the safety of the ship and lives of his shipmantes. A full hearing shall be conducted upon completion of this combat.
