First,
Please keep your power levels down, and maybe they can't "overhear" our plans.

Second,
I will agree to the "current" terms of this truce. But, I will have my weapons crews at "Fire if fired apon."

Also, I don't agree to the "If they don't answer, kill them." With all the damage, internal revolts, etc., some ships may not be able to answer.
